I bring over three decades of experience across environmental management, sustainable development, and international cooperation. My leadership is grounded in deep global and regional knowledge and a strong commitment to systems thinking. I have a track record of designing and scaling interventions that challenge the status quo, whether addressing waste systems, circular economy transitions, or pollution governance. At GRID-Arendal, I lead efforts to amplify emerging voices, bridge knowledge gaps, and catalyse policy-relevant change.
